I was charged a lot of money for Nissan to check out the issue I was having with my car knowing that it was something they couldn't fix but then proceeded to inform me about other things they could fix on my vehicle that I did not ask them to do. I have always been pleased with taking my vehicles to Nissan but I will be looking into other options.
Continental Nissan was busy this date but they still took the time to perform all the maintenance on my vehicle in a timely manner. Service Adviser Trystan Diffenderfe was gung ho from the time I checked in until the time my vehicle was ready. The technician did a good job on my vehicle. 10+ service.
Brought my 2022 vehicle in for a couple warranty issues and the Service Advisor and Techs quickly ordered parts and completed repairs. Great communication on the status of my vehicle and warranty work was completed without any issues. Also completed Technical Service Bulletin work without being asked. Very Satisfied overall.

This experience surpassed my expectations, I was so nervous going to a new dealership for my Frontier now I don't think will go anywhere else. I appreciate the phenomenal service I received and the waiting area that I was able to work from while my truck was in. Thank you!
