Went to apply for a house for rent. Was told we got approved and then the next day they said they couldn't let us move in with no explanation. Not only did they waste my time. I was stressed, it cost me money because I had everything set up to be able to move in. And the house that they showed smelled so horrible of cigarette smoke. The maintenance guy was sleeping there and looked drunk. Was slurring his words. Definitely wouldn't recommend doing business with them.
Rented from one of the Arizona properties. They trashed my credit after I moved out. I can't get a response from the office staff or corporate headquarters. Just a terrible way of treating people.
Professional service
If I could give negative stars, I would. Called dozens of times for the last two months with no response, left voicemails with nothing in return, and when he DID actually answer, it sounded like the guy was wasted in the middle of the day then hung up on us. Unprofessional and disgusted..
