The only reason I gave you one star is bc I had to ...I lived at Historic Jennings Building in New Castle, In...The building is infested with roaches and bed bugs. water and drainage issues, floors falling in, the place smells like death bc it's not being cleaned, the fire alarms are being silenced and you will be called a racist, bully and accused of calling the Property Mgr (which does nothing) the N word ..The best thing you could do is demolish the apts ..You guys suck and do absolutely nothing for the residents there..... read more
A nightmare to deal with, from a tenant's point of view. I'm sure that the actual owners of various properties are perfectly happy with them. Currently, in the Senior apartment facility where I live, many residents have recently rec'd 30-day notices threatening evection for non-payment of rent. But mgt. won't even show us our payment records so that we could dispute their claims with our bank statements showing payment, We pay on time and they don't deposit the checks until a week or two later making it look "late". ... read more
Continental is just not a good property mgmt company. Not only do they not respond they are notorious for lying. The amount of times I have to correct our contacts is absurd. Jeanne and Shannon have been a nightmare for us to deal with. Latest debacle, a neighbor moved in 5 months ago and already recognizes how bad our HOA board is and hasn't received any response in almost 10 weeks from Continental. It makes our development look terrible.
