I have to select a star, but my review is actually a zero. Run fast and far away from this place.
No other business, in the 6 states that I have lived in, has ever taken advantage of me to the egregious degree that Continental Imports has over the last few years. I found out that they had been overcharging my extended warranty and approving their own work instead of ethically presenting it to me for me to make the decision. This company is AWESOME!!! The management and staff are so knowledgeable. Another company wanted $1300 to repair my car. I talked with family and friends who immediately recommended CI. This outstanding company reserved an appointment immediately and I was chauffeured home in a Model X Tesla ($160K). CI purchased this awesome vehicle specifically for their customers’ transportation needs. However, the most amazing thing was that CI thoroughly inspected my car and didn’t charge me ANYTHING!
