I have to select a star, but my review is actually a zero. Run fast and far away from this place.
No other business, in the 6 states that I have lived in, has ever taken advantage of me to the egregious degree that Continental Imports has over the last few years. I found out that they had been overcharging my extended warranty and approving their own work instead of ethically presenting it to me for me to make the decision. RecommendedI was quoted a price from my local dealership for repairs. Continental was 1/3 the price. They were very professional & honest. Their customer service is top notch. I was very pleased with the service provided and I highly recommend Continental Imports.
I took my car there for warranty service on my Honda. They did great work and were very patient with our busy schedules. No prices surprises at the end, and they even found a set of keys we had lost ages ago in the vehicle. 10/10

I was sent there by another dealership and was completely amazed by the service at Continental Imports, from the greeting at the front door all the way to the back with the service department. I would recommend this company to ANYONE who needs excellent quality of work. I went in for a specific issue, while my truck was there, they did random checks on other components of my truck and let me know all what needed to be repaired. I am so thankful to RJ at Continental for being the Man with the plan....

I have been a customer for over 30 years - first with a classic Mercedes, which Continental provided great specialized care, and now with my current Mercedes that receives treatment from Continental as if it is as rare as my previous car!
