Jim was extremely thorough. He inspected every nook and cranny and took time to explain his findings. On top of being thorough, he worked efficiently and was really friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend Jim!

The inspection was fine, but I did not appreciate the professionalism. Story below. I am a little embarrassed to even write this review, but it really bothered me so here is the full story. The inspector came to our home, used our brand new toilet (which, by the way did not have any toilet paper or soap nearby), left really gross stains inside and on top of our toilet seat, and did not think to clean up after himself.
