this agency is terrible with sending out the right aide to my mom home,we asked for spanish speaking cause thats all my mom whom has dementia and its 89yrs old thats all she understands so I do not know if i will keep my mom with this agency too long either,and even tho my mom transfered with her own aide to care for,,these people are not trying hard enough to get the aide whom transfer with my mom to put her back taking care of my mom.
- Continental home care, I’ve been working with for 3 years. They have a ‘few’ good coordinators but some of them can be quite rude, they tend to give overtime hours to who they favor! They’re okay with giving 65hrs to their favorite employee but have a problem if I work 47hrs and make a big and huge deal about it. In the training videos they speak on employers being biased and show favoritism but that’s most definitely CHC.
