My grandmother has gone over a week without heat in the coldest temperatures we have had on record. They keep trying to fix a furnace that’s 6 months old that’s under warranty and haven’t been successful. They told her to go buy a space heater and not to leave the house, not to mention the condescending tone they used with her telling her to have her daughter go get a space heater at the store. I asked for a call back and never received it.
Worst Furnace I’ve ever owned Continental does not live up to their 10 year warranty. Our furnace almost caught fire
Richard isn’t just a sleezy salesman that is only concerned with making money. He actually cares about what he does and takes pride in his work and business. He installed a new furnace and it worked great last night. His cousin Pat from DiRocco Plumbing also installed the tankless water heater shown in the picture. Overall, great experience with both guys.
Have been using Continental for several years across two houses and have been very happy with the quality of work at the pricing. Communication is good, and the techs are always polite and courteous.
Couldn't be happier with the services we received. We have an old house with some not easy to work around configurations and the guys all did an amazing job working with us. Friendly when they arrived and worked really hard to make sure it was done quickly. The only complaint is that I wish I would have called them sooner as they are somewhat busy right now.
