Original installation a Lennox central ac Richard gave me a quote and I accepted. The new installation went find but now 10 years later they don’t respond to my request for service I call and calling and they say yes we have your information but they don’t come meanwhile my ac isn’t working 🤷♂️🤦♂️ I’m seeking a new ac service company I’ll never call them again by Richard 🤔
Our A/C Unit passed away several weeks ago. We live in a Condominium on the third floor where are unit is on the roof of the building. I contacted Continental and they came and gave me an estimate. Once I accepted the quote, I was told that it would be about two weeks before the work could begin. Well two weeks to the day they were here and made the installation. Both Richard and Pam DiRocco were easy to work with. Richard arrived on time to access my needs and issues and was given a price promptly. I had several other quotes but I went with Continental for the product (Lennox after much research) and the price was very reasonable. I was booked for the installation of a new attic furnace and A/C unit and Dave #1 and Dave #2 arrived on time and they could not have been nicer. They were respectful, neat and kept my home clean. Paid for my service plan in early spring and the office cashed my check. First tech showed up in July and paced around until after wasting an hour of my time he said he couldn’t go in my attic. Next tech showed up without the necessary equipment. Said he’d be back in a week. After 2 months calling weekly asking if they would show up I switched to asking for a refund.
