Prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Installed new burner in 1 day and explained everything thoroughly.
Install: Dave was down-to-earth, excellent, prompt, and professional. It was clear he had 30+ years of experience and went above to take care of the issue and inspect/fix any other residual problems he noticed. He explained it all to me. He is a family man with integrity. He was not able to add additional refrigerant (part of the quote) to top it off, as it was too cold, so mentioned to call back in Spring when it warms up. I have been associated with Continental Heating and Cooling for twenty-five years. Yesterday they replaced a second A/C unit that ran for twenty-five years and the second unit was replaced after twenty years. Both units were Lennox which offers good quality equipment. Besides the equipment, the quality of the installation matters very much. Continental have top notch technicians who are neat, pleasant, and extremely competent.
