I love plants, but I'm not a cut flower type of person and know nothing about floral arrangements. I went looking for a gift with a colour scheme and not much else to go on. The young woman (sorry, didn't catch her name) working there was so, so friendly, very patient, and super helpful. I asked her for a custom bouquet and she not only offered great suggestions, she called me only a short time later to tell me that it was ready for pick up. I hadn't even left the mall. I had a wonderful experience at the flower shop thanks to Eunice! She helped me choose the perfect combination of a mug and a beautiful rose, and took such care in packing everything so nicely. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole visit feel special. The presentation was perfect, and it made for a truly thoughtful gift. Thank you, Eunice, for going above and beyond! I'm an Asian-American currently living in Surrey, and this was the worst customer service I've experienced in both the US and Canada at a flower shop. I visited on May 17th, close to closing time. A young female staff member, possibly Korean-Canadian, didn’t greet me, showed no politeness, and barely acknowledged me the entire time. I asked her to wrap a rose—she did so silently.
