Leaking roof there has not been taken care of I about a leaking roof and I was told to put it in writing so I did that and still nobody has called me back on it or came to look at it and it's getting worse. I have been checking into putting my rent money in escrow until they fix it. I have two sons that do home repairs and they both said the entire roof on this trailer is a piece of crap and needs to be replaced.
Rude & over priced The amount of issues I've had here wasn't worth my time or money.
Warning They lie on paperwork... Staff are not friendly... I moved in with a 760 water bill smh. It took them over a year to fix my water problem which I was paying. Please save yourself a headache
Dont move out I own my trailer and when I moved I gave the title to them and instead of taking the title and put it in their name they kept it in my name and now wants me to pay for demolition they're liars and thieves stay away from this community
Country Club Manor Nice place quiet very nice staff and mantience !! We like our place we would recommend them to other people:)
