If you have a small child skip MRMC and head to St. Mary's or VCU Children's Hospital. The doctor here misdiagnosed my son and never recommended that we might want to take our 12 month old son to a pediatric hospital where they would be competent enough to find an internal infection in a small child. Not only that, but I can not get in touch with this company to pay my bill or verify that my payments were received. Not only did we never receive the two bills they sent, but they never put a claim through with our insurance company. Only 60 days after an ER visit, we were turned over to collections with threatening calls. These billing practices are predatory and unethical. I'll bypass MRMC and head somewhere else just to avoid this headache in the future. Additionally, they are no longer able to provide me with a bill to see charges, since it has gone to collections. The doctors and care may be just fine, but their billing office is terrible! My insurance company is still trying to resolve an issue from March that is now 6 months old. Pitiful.
Just received a collections called in the name of Continental Emergency Services. Checked on the payment and shows they deposited it a month ago.
