The CCS in Downtown LA leaves a lot to be desired. The workers are miserable and cynical, they act as if they rather be someplace else. There was one lady working while there was 5-6 people waiting in line (There was another person working with her who couldn’t assist her with some of the people waiting in line. They wouldn’t cash my check and the same lady just handed me my check and ID card back with no explanation. If I could give this place a NEGATIVE FIVE STARS, I would.

Why does it take 3 weeks to get a check from the state of California in the amount of $10,000.00 to clear ? I need my cash I'm not in a good situation to be waiting that long for my money to clear
