I see a lot of bad reviews about this place, but every time I use them it's been great! There is never a line and I've used them to cash checks, make copies, fax stuff, and add money/withdraw from my bank card. There is a moody little ATM machine in the corner I probably wouldn't use. But other then that, I've recieved nothing but quality customer service here.
I would give -10 stars if i could. The ATM ROBS YOUR MONEY! The single red-headed supposedly manager is RUDE and UNHELPFUL. Please dont give your time, money or information to this place! When the ATM didnt give me my money and i asked for help i was given a cold shoulder and jealous filled looks from that ugly red head with crispy a** hair. I kindly asked that she put an out of order sign on the machine so what happened to me doesnt happen to any one else and she said it wasnt her problem to deal with. PLEASE PLEASE DONT GO... read more
Every time I come to this place the service is slow. Even though they’re never busy, the service takes a long time. Taking my business a couple of blocks from this location from now on. The place looks very unwelcoming as well. It’s very dirty.
8 windows 1 slow cashier. Hard to find parking.
