Needed my Fujitsu Mini split systems deep cleaning , They were the Only Company that came right out to evaluate the situation ASAP ! WOW ….Bill the service Technician was incredibly knowledgeable and did “ABOVE & BEYOND “ service ……He took his time and make it NEW again ! Look nowhere else for Mini Split system Service ……Highly recommend 5 stars
They were able to diagnose and fix an issue in my commercial building in TWO DAYS after 4 other companies looked at it and could not fix it!! Other companies gave me crazy quotes to replace equipment for thousands of dollars. Russ and his team were able to get it done quickly and fairly. Russ, the owner of the company is very knowledgeable and responsive. He is always willing to take your call and answer any questions you have about your system. The company responded quickly and our technician Bill was very respectful and courteous. He took the time to explain the problem and the solution he was offering in detail. After completing the service he made sure to double check everything was working properly and give some suggestions for better maintenance to avoid future problems. I would definitely recommend.
I called in last minute requesting immediate air conditioning repair and was met with a prompt and quality service. Bill was friendly and patient with my two young children; they were highly interested in his work and the visitor in our home. He completed the job quickly and charged us a fair and competitive rate. Every time in the past when we've called the other larger air conditioning companies in the area we have had to pay a lot more. I highly recommend Continental !
