I'll start this review by stating that I haven't worked directly with Continental Collision, and my opinions are based on communication by the dealership and the work I've observed. My vehicle required collision repairs after it was damaged while at the dealership for other repairs—a situation I won’t elaborate on here. The dealer promised that my vehicle would be restored to its pre-accident condition.
