Went to buy a product, online says it closes at 5:30 but arrived at 5:15 and they wouldn’t sell anything anymore, their gates was closed already. Very disappointing. I mean if you want to close at 5:15 then don’t advertise online that you close at 5:30.

Terrible service in terms of customer service. Waited forever to be acknowledged by staff. They were two serving one person... It's sad because this would of been my go to for products. I rather drive to Sally's Beauty.
