I bought a $75k Merc from here and the service was terrible, there were issues with the car and they tried refusing to fix it, after months of arguing they still only fixed the tiniest of the issues and I had to fit the bill for the other thousands of dollars. No communication at all when it was in for repairs and still no communication after the repairs to see if things were ok. This place is the gold standard of workshops! Accompanied someone when they dropped a vehicle in for a proceedure early in the morning. We had a 5 hour wait while they worked, and as it was only 7.30 am, we were invited for coffee (amazing coffee)! There's bowls of fruit and newspapers too. We spent a pleasant hour browsing the new cars, drinking coffee, doing the crossword, tasting Moon Cake, and chatting to the friendly team as they went about their morning.
