This used to be a great program, it isn't anymore. They have changed everything that made it great. I needed a truck towed an hour and a half from where it was, they tried to charge me $320. I called liberty mutual, their tow truck driver came from an hour out and hauled it for free.

Have not refunded money after cancelling membership
Always there for me when need assistance, If you have occasional car problems and need assistance every once in awhile this is perfect.
