Please avoid visiting this dealership! The customer service was appalling. Sean Rudy, the sales representative who opened the door, refused to let me enter the dealership. He even judged me based on the state plates of my car and aggressively stopped me when I was coming in. He claimed that the dealership was not a tour show and that I needed to call ahead and book an appointment if I wanted to come inside. It’s disheartening to witness that such poor customer service damages a beloved brand like Ferrari.
Really just an awesome group of like-minded and down-to-earth enthusiasts. Huge shout out to Scott, Taylor, and Ed in service - You gentlemen make it simple and easy, setting the bar for exceptional service. Also to Noel for your hospitality and taking the time to introduce me to the Continental community.
The experience I had today was Ryan was incredible! I learned so much about Ferrari, not just the vehicles I was interested but about the brand. He made me and my daughter feel at home and gave us memories we will keep forever. I will forever recommend doing business with him and Continental Ferrari!
