I ordered a fender and asked for it to be delivered to my body shop. I was told they can’t deliver there. They’re not familiar with the address and it’s not a business. Mind you they’ve delivered there about 100 times before Nobody cared. Nobody wanted to help after spending money with them for 10 years. Steer clear of this place
Terrible. Wish I could give less then 1 star. Order parts Tuesday that were to be delivered Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Wednesday nothing, thursday they show up at 5:30 and Friday they don't show again. Was unable to receive parts thursday because our hours are 9-4, so they keep coming outside of business hours. Left a note on the door for driver to call me when he's there. He won't run a card number without the physical card, and wouldn't take $100 cash for an $82 part because "he doesn't carry change". So still no part... read more

Bought a $40 part and charged my card $1575. Been on hold for 45 minutes getting the run around, will remove this review when someone rectifies this with me.
No communication there. Place needs help and Real management too.
