I own A/R Customs and Collision in Syracuse. When we opened we used CAP and they were awesome. About a year and a half ago they were bought out, and everything about this company is terrible now. Sending damaged parts, then resending the same part. Return credits are never shown, and are internally kept so we never know if we have been credited for returns or not. I ordered a fender and asked for it to be delivered to my body shop. I was told they can’t deliver there. They’re not familiar with the address and it’s not a business. Mind you they’ve delivered there about 100 times before Nobody cared. Nobody wanted to help after spending money with them for 10 years. Steer clear of this place
Terrible. Wish I could give less then 1 star. Order parts Tuesday that were to be delivered Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Wednesday nothing, thursday they show up at 5:30 and Friday they don't show again. Was unable to receive parts thursday because our hours are 9-4, so they keep coming outside of business hours. Left a note on the door for driver to call me when he's there. He won't run a card number without the physical card, and wouldn't take $100 cash for an $82 part because "he doesn't carry change". So still no part... read more

Bought a $40 part and charged my card $1575. Been on hold for 45 minutes getting the run around, will remove this review when someone rectifies this with me.
