THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE LAZIEST DRIVERS EVER!!!! USE ANYONE ELSE
Customer service non existent tried calling 4 times in the row to check pricing on parts sales person picked up and then just hangs up, parts quality is probably the same as their customer service.
Have been calling from a business to check on shipments, we have been hungup on four times today. This is a joke of a company.
This is the worst company to deal with. 90% off their parts are damaged, driver never wants to take back returns. Then come to find out your rep has marked your emails as spam and blocked your number from calling them. Call the main number you can't reach anyone to address concerns, other than sales who can't help you. Will be talking to the insurance companies to have them banned....
CAP used to be our go to for cheap china junk. as of recently the customer service is non existent, the parts come damaged, you can't get a person on the phone, we are just waiting for them to finally pick up our returns so we can be done with them. We order too many parts at our shop for this level of service or lack of service. Last thing, we have had some great drivers who are nice and not lazy, those days are gone.
