Sal helped me with the hood over my stove. He was honest, helped me locate a part and came back when it arrived after having come out the first time for nothing due to wrong part being sent. He was happy to get it right for me. Sal is patient and knows what he is doing. Thumbs up!
I spoke to Sal when my Danby dishwasher broke, and he actually worked with me to get the service manual so that I could repair it myself. He went out of his way to reach out to the manufacturer. He was incredibly friendly and helpful even though this was not a paid job. Thanks Sal!

This is the second time I've used Continental for a repair. The first time was OK, this time was not. It took 5 days to schedule an appointment. Scheduling was challenging, since no one was available to answer the phone during the day on weekdays, and no one called back when I left a message. However I did get an email confirmation of my appointment.
