Awesome service came out addressed one of the two problems, called the next day my part was in and came and fixed it- friendly people went over and beyond and taught me a little hack!
I cannot say enough good things about Sal and Continental Appliance. The day after our refrigerator stopped working, I called, and Sal and his team were at our home within the hour. Sal went above and beyond just diagnosing our stove (he hasn’t even repaired it yet). He took the time to thoroughly explain why it wasn’t working and walked us through the repair options step by step. What I appreciated most was his honesty and transparency. He gave us the choice of either purchasing the parts ourselves or having him handle everything for us, with absolutely no pressure at all. Sal helped me with the hood over my stove. He was honest, helped me locate a part and came back when it arrived after having come out the first time for nothing due to wrong part being sent. He was happy to get it right for me. Sal is patient and knows what he is doing. Thumbs up!
I spoke to Sal when my Danby dishwasher broke, and he actually worked with me to get the service manual so that I could repair it myself. He went out of his way to reach out to the manufacturer. He was incredibly friendly and helpful even though this was not a paid job. Thanks Sal!
