After reading all of the previous reviews, now I understand the issues I'm having. I filed a claim regarding my husband's terminal illness since January 2025, Nothing! I've called multiple times & keep hearing the same excuse, "your claim is approved, waiting to release pmt w/in 5 business days". It's been well over 5 business days, it's been close to 6 months & still no pmt! You guys are so correct, they make excuses to get out of paying out anything! Question? Are they(Afac) bankrupt? Adjusters change, mailboxes full, don't return calls, first question was, do we have a lawyer, very difficult to work with. We are getting a lawyer involved. Stay away from this company!
This has to be the worse insurance company. Not sure if its poor management or going bankrupt?? I have a life policy with CAIC since 2001. My auto drafts had to change due to checking account being closed and another opened. Contacted customer service for for paperwork and process to fix. Faxed all paperwork as directed and waiting. Its been 15 months and still no fixed. I have called every 6 weeks and same old stall/runaround. Glad I have read other reviews....was starting to take this personal.....
