salespeople were great to work with UNTIL it got up to the supervisory level. if circumstances don't fit the guidelines, supervisors NOT willing to work with you "this is how we do things". NOT ACCEPTABLE. Lost my business, (and we were soooooo close to our negotiations

Small selections for a acura but plenty on Hondas. Staff is nice but service prices are expensive but I guess it’s normal for Alaska unfortunately
