I placed an order online on Monday, not realizing Contigo Peru was closed for the day. Unfortunately, the online ordering system was still accepting orders and processed my payment, so I was definitely disappointed when I realized they were closed. When I stopped by on Thursday, I honestly only wanted to confirm that they had been closed before submitting my refund request.
