Conti Oil provides consistent, reliable service. Over the years we have had our furnace quit, always at inopportune times. The on-call technician has come out and provided stellar, quick service to get our home back up to a livable temperature. We have always appreciated their customer service and prompt delivery schedule.
I'm looking for a new oil company after being screwed over for a third time by Conti Oil. The first two times involved being charged *way* more than quoted for parts and services. This time, they charged my account twice for a delivery and would not even acknowledge that it was their error. If anyone knows an honest oil company, let me know.
Came home from vacation to a cold house and mark came right down and fixed it! It had been a long trip back and cannot thank them enough for the prompt service.
