Not a patient but left a message to inquire about services. Dr called back almost immediately. Even though he is not the right Dr for us at this time, he took a few minutes to speak with me about how to locate a Dr more suitable to our needs. Very kind and his genuine concern during this brief call makes me think he is an excellent provider.

Was required to see 2 therapists, one with a PhD, to meet requirements for gender affirming surgery. I suppose he tried to be helpful, but he was condescending about my job (I work in a restaurant) and seemed disingenuous; he tried to explain my own identity to me with very little trans and gender non-conforming patient experience under his belt. Maybe a good marriage counselor, but certainly shouldn't have taken me as his patient. Expensive too, for something I was forced to do.
Attended IMAGO Couples Therapy Workshop and it was Awesome!!
