Terrible experience. Beginning with mortgage to warranty repairs, the experience has been disappointing. Would not recommend buying property with tripointe especially here with current management. Their warranty repairs service is terrible. 6 months later, still waiting to get services done that were mentioned at initial walkthrough. Rob is great though at the model homes sales. Seems like he is the only one that works. I would recommend purchasing a home somewhere else.
The team really takes care of you here and I love the location near the Health Club, Common Market, Nightswim coffee and Two Buck Saloon! Community is really fun with events and safe. Also near a great school and the house build quality is top notch. Can't say enough good things about it!
The completed 'available' units do not represent the craftsmanship shown within the models. I do not like the 'new concept' of 'the designer' choosing the finishing for the units 12 months in advance. IF I am spending one-half of a MILLION dollars.....or more..."I" want say so of what I'm paying for and what my 'new construction' unit will look like.
