The team really takes care of you here and I love the location near the Health Club, Common Market, Nightswim coffee and Two Buck Saloon! Community is really fun with events and safe. Also near a great school and the house build quality is top notch. Can't say enough good things about it!
The completed 'available' units do not represent the craftsmanship shown within the models. I do not like the 'new concept' of 'the designer' choosing the finishing for the units 12 months in advance. IF I am spending one-half of a MILLION dollars.....or more..."I" want say so of what I'm paying for and what my 'new construction' unit will look like.
