The caregivers from Contessa’s were top notch. They were punctual and treated Mom with the utmost kindness and compassion. They made a difficult chapter in our lives very sweet. Our son had 2 strokes and was paralyzed so he was bedridden and had to be lifted by Hoyer lift to a wheelchair for transport to appointments. We were overwhelmed with all the care he needed. Ms. Contessa and her care team were so helpful getting us started. They were very professional but very caring. They treated our son respectfully and gave him the dignity he needed. They helped us through a very difficult time. We would highly recommend Contessa Home Care Agency.
