My chain came off mid-ride and was stuck enough that I couldn't fix it myself. Luckily Conte's was just up the road! I brought it in and they fixed it quickly for me in 10min. They were kind enough to not charge me for it. It was so appreciated, and I will be sure to go back with any future bike needs!

I went to get my back break cable replaced, and when I left, neither the front nor the back break worked whatsoever. I brought it back and explained to them that my bike was in worse shape than when I dropped it off, and although it took a bit of negotiating with the store manager, the mechanic agreed to look at the bike within the next half hour. I went to Conte's Bike Shop on Wisconsin Ave NW on Monday morning. I called ahead and asked if they worked on Giant bikes. They do. I went in around 10:45. I was the only person in the store. There was at least one person working on bikes in the back(within sight) and young man at the desk near the back of the store. He was on a call. I stood in front of him for a full 15 minutes. Cameron, Greg and Julian are really great and provide amazing customer service. I’ve taken 3 bikes here for service over the last few months and everyone here is very knowledgeable and I appreciate that they are not trying to nickel and dime, and are great at helping you find savings when feasible. Will continue to recommend and bring my bikes here and get supplies.
