Really awful experience here. Unprofessional and just not the place to trust with large purchases. I don't think anyone here has bad intentions, but this branch is woefully understaffed and as a result, it's simply not the place to trust your expensive bikes/e-bikes. I purchased an e-bike and was repeatedly misled about the timing. When I showed up at the (second!) promised time/date, I was left waiting for over 20 minutes for the owner/manager to tell me, with no apology or acknowledgment of time wasted, that it wasn't read... read more

Extremely disappointed with our experience. We were told upfront that the shop would provide a free estimate for bike repairs — no pressure to commit, just a list of what needed to be done. That seemed fair, so we left the bike expecting a straightforward process.
