Super fast turnaround to replace a bad tube on the spot
I was transitioning from regular bike to ebike to save old legs for tennis. Nicholas explained the different types of ebikes - benefits and relative costs. He gave me an introductory lesson. I tried out a specific model and bought it on the spot. When I returned a couple of days later to pick up the bike, he provided additional useful information and installed a lock. He was very nice and informative. Great experience!
Super happy with my shopping experience at Conte’s Bike Shop in Washington, DC. I called them on Friday to inquire about a particular e-bike.
