Very knowledgeable staff, just the right amount of explanation on repairs
Conte's Bike Shop location in my neighborhood is what first brought me in, but it is their knowledge and friendliness that has kept me returning. Even though I am only a novice cycling enthusiast, they have been really attentive and helpful... even if it's just for an accessory. Highly recommend.
Great repairs for a super reasonable price! I took my e-bike in for a tune up and they fixed the hard shifting and replaced the rusty chain. It was $120 out the door. They don’t repair e-bike motors but I just needed a tune up and some replacement parts.
I can’t speak highly enough of Contes bike shop! They were professional, and respectful, and didn’t overpromise me regarding time but got my bike with a severe flat tire (inner tube punctured) returned to me within 48 hours! I loved Jullian, (I think was his name), great service!
Nicholas and David provided a very professional service yesterday. They made a front derailer adjustment and cable/hosing installation on the spot. This allowed the front derailer to work again. Thanks for your work! Also, my special gratitude to Julian, the manager, for his a gentlemanly treatment.
