I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. From the day I purchased my bike at this location, it had technical issues. I had to bring it in for maintenance multiple times, and when I bought the bike, the sales staff assured me that I could always come back if I had any problems. So that’s exactly what I did. It was a very smooth process! I got a flat tire and got it back within 24 hours. Plus communication is very clear and easy with them as my bike was in the shop. Also they provide services at affordable prices!
I went in to replace a broken chain on my e-bike. They were very professional and polite as they took my bike. I received a text quite soon after with a description of what needed to be done, for me to approve. The next day my bike was ready! Highly recommend them!
