Outstanding job putting my bike back. Had to deal with discontinued parts and a variety of problems others could not solve. Superior expertise and would recommend Joey for anything bike.
Another great fix for my mountain bikes today! Joey was able to help me out quickly and for mush less than I expected to pay for pads for two bikes! As always, I feel that this shop has gotten much better than they were years ago.
I had a cycling camp at the Rock Hill velodrome and was preparing for a record attempt when my recumbent bike started having serious issues—shifting problems and interference with the disc wheel. I took a wheelset in for tubeless setup, as I’ve never done it before. The 3 employees that I interfaced with (James and Andrew at the front register, and Joey at the service counter) were all professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. The work was completed in the promised timeframe, and their prices are fair and competitive. I’m new to the area, and Conte’s will be my LBS of choice.
Needed a last minute adjustment before a race and Joey stepped up. I'm sure it was an easy enough adjustment for him, but he took the time to show me what he was doing versus just doing it. I'm not super mechanical, but I appreciate his willingness to teach instead of just do. This bike shop, and especially Joey, have earned my business going forward.
