I have received prompt, excellent service from Conte's. Services have included re-assembly of my bike after being shipped to Ft Lauderdale, repair of a flat (fifteen minute turnaround), and assembly of a bike rack for my car that I purchased from Conte's.
Always “greeted” here with indifference from the staff. My bike had just been stolen so I showed the guy working the store a bike I found online that showed it in stock. He grudgingly looked at my phone and just said no, we don’t have that. I said the website said it was in stock and answer was, well we have 21 stores. At that point he was done with me. No offer to show me anything else or discuss what I’m looking for. I suspect since I was in the market for a bike under $1k he didn’t want to waste his time with me.
Everything went smoothly, very impressed with the service.
