I’ve had some good flat changes here, but recently I brought it the bike in on a Tuesday, told it would be ready on a Friday, and called to check on it on Friday and was told it was not going to be ready until Monday. There were no changes to the repairs and no explanation given as to the delay. I wouldn’t recommend coming here, there are plenty of other shops to go to who won’t do something like that.
Great service and friendly staff. They quickly assisted with a couple of minor issues. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Our service provider of choice. Always an excellent experience.

If you plan on purchasing a bike here, I encourage you to not purchase the add on for flat tires/chain service for 3 years. What they do not tell you is, the service is not included within those 3 years. It’s $165+ every time. Be careful of Conte’s hidden fees! I brought my bike in this week to have my chain replaced (within the 3 year window), when I dropped off my bike, no one explained there was an addition cost for the service.
