Had a great experience at Conte's Bike Shop for a first visit for bike accessories. They had what I needed, and the staff member was very patient, and helpful. Definitely a 10 in recommending to others.

I went in to fix what I thought was a fairly routine issue; but with an expensive bike. And the guy looked at me like he’d never seen a bike before; then tried to convince me he had dealt with these parts before and that he’d never seen such an issue, but would need to keep it for week for the manager to look at. So I went up town to Bicycle space and they fixed it within 10 mins; they were friendly in how the treated customers, weren’t nonchalant or just devoid of social skills. So I went up town to Bicycle space and they fixed it within 10 mins. It’s clear they don’t hire people that know bikes… so glad I left. I presume they were all sales staff. Go to a community bike stop instead.
