Tune-up service (one year), and the result is a bike like new. A bit pricey (400USD), but excellent parts and work.
I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit to Conte Bike Shop. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have always appreciated the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. I had a bike assembled here in April 2025. I’ve never owned a bike before, so I just trusted the bike people. In the beginning there were small issues - fenders missing screws and loose due to improper tightening, bottle cage falling off during a ride because it was too loose - these things I brushed off as inconsequential. But I kept going back because my brakes felt off. 3 times I was told what I was feeling is normal. I love this bike shop, the mechanics are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I needed a bolt replaced on my rack and they went the extra mile by fixing that and then also tightening all of my bolts, at no exrtra charge. I'm grateful this neighborhood bike shop is here.
This place is such a gem. They are so helpful and patient. The mechanics are great guys, honest, and super knowledgeable. They always help me out quickly, and at a great price.
