I came in for a simple color change on my toes. As soon as I walked in, I greeted the woman sitting at a station. Instead of a greeting back, the first thing she said was, “Can you close the door because the air is on?” There was no “Hi, how are you?” or even a polite request. OK, ladies and gentlemen this was my experience at this particular shop. I ordered online and I paid $45 for the it’s been a long week for my hands. I paid $45 for it’s been a long week for my feet. I Paid $15 for gel on my hands in $15 for gel on my feet. I also added a paraffin wax to my feet. If you were to ask me if my experience was worth the price that I paid, I would absolutely tell you no. If you ask me was the environment a nice environment I would tell you it was OK. First time love this place great customer service
Had an appointment but the stylist did not honor it but had me waiting a half hour later. She had her assistant set me up for my pedicure. The dumb assistant set me in hot scalding water that remained hot even after I asked her to add cold water. The stylist did a mediocre job. No gloss on nails, no lotion on feet, painful procedure. She stopped in the middle to show her assistant something trivial on her phone. Was hot in there with no A/C.
