First time love this place great customer service
Had an appointment but the stylist did not honor it but had me waiting a half hour later. She had her assistant set me up for my pedicure. The dumb assistant set me in hot scalding water that remained hot even after I asked her to add cold water. The stylist did a mediocre job. No gloss on nails, no lotion on feet, painful procedure. She stopped in the middle to show her assistant something trivial on her phone. Was hot in there with no A/C. I just recently discovered this nail salon and am I CONTENT with it? ABSOLUTELY! Cristal does my nails and she’s fantastic! Clean salon, good vibes, and my nails look fantastic every time 💅🏾
The shop has a wonderful, intimate culture and Cristal is a calm, talented professional. However, my experience was very rushed and felt deceptive. The owner Monique was upfront at the beginning about them having a sponsored event that evening, but she didn’t suggest I come the following day to prevent me from being rushed.
