Update 17/11/25 - Pre start - Our pre-start experience with Content Living was positive. When we arrived, there was a dedicated parking spot with our names, which was a nice touch. Our pre-start consultant, Indi, was excellent. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. We cannot speak highly enough of Matt Palmer and the incredible support he provided throughout the design of our new home. Stressful and disappointing experience! It was almost impossible to keep track of the building as this is only done by email and no app tracking system (we were unable to email them directly apart from answering to them). We were emailed about the progress but it wasn’t always accurate with site works. There was some big details as a lintel metal bar sticking out from our laundry and bathroom walls (it was longer than what they needed for the house but left to fix till the end; so the plaster finish wasn’t even as it got cut... read more
After initially saying no to fixing a plumbing issue that was present from construction they changed their tune and came to fix it which was nice (but obviously expected of them) only to then leave a hole in the driveway which they haven’t fixed in over 3 weeks. No communication and definitely zero urgency to get it sorted.
We built with The Content Living and had a great experience overall. From the slab going down in late December to getting our keys in September, everything ran smoothly and on time. Joe (sales) was upfront and easy to deal with, Brooke (our liaison) kept us updated every step of the way, and Brayden (site supervisor) made sure the build stayed on track. A few small touch-ups at the end, but nothing major. Really happy with the quality and how it all came together.
