Living with this resident at 20 at E20E’100 E. Glenolden Ave. was the worst neighbor I ever had. He did nothing but harass me and stalk me police were called. I had to move out of there and sell my condo so I can live as a human being and then Joe started messing with me. This was horrible. I am a senior and I had nothing but two men talk to me out and my son saved me selling my condo and here. I am well alive and not dementia Rosanne England.
