What a shame! Mercedes dealership uses Celimo tires to replace Good Year tires for their customers!! Horrible experience!! Purchased a 2021 vehicle from this dealership certified and purchased additional bumper to bumper 5 year warranty I was shocked to see the original tires on it with over 41.000 miles when I questioned that at the time of the delivery I was told the are in good condition and passed inspection.next day I went to inspect the vehicle failed safety inspection tires were at most parts less than 2/32 and unsafe... read more
TLDR; an unorganized, untrustworthy and inefficient business; would not attempt to do business with again. My sales person was a poor communicator and management was careless. The most unorganized and inefficient business I have ever had the misery of dealing with. The deal this dealership and I had reached the ending stages but I decided to kill the deal because of how poorly my sales person and management continued to communicate with me.
