She may be “professional” in the office, but sure not outside the office. I witnessed first hand how she treats people and the disrespectful things she does. You would think a “professional” would know how to act.
Darlene is a very trustworthy person and my cousin. That said, she will do everything she can to be fair and work for you in your insurance affairs.

Darlene is a very nice lady that fights for you to get the best possible rate. I've had a lot of insurance quotes from different companies all coming in around $200/month for full coverage on 2 vehicles and liability on 1 vehicle with a renter's policy included. Erie gave me a rate of $118 a month plus $8/month renters insurance!!! Saving me about $75/month from every other insurance company out there! Every agent I have talked to couldn't believe it.
