I have never write the bad review, but I have to write down the bad experiment I been through the conversations with one of the staff. My boyfriend and I have a good time for his wisdom teeth removal at Plano location with Dr Chan I believe. Until my turn, I paid for the consultation and wait for the day to get my teeth removal. But unfortunately Dr Chan have left and one of the staff call me to reschedule the appointment for my teeth consultation again with new Dr. and told me they WIll NOT charge the fee for that.
