We bring mom to get her hair done by Kandy. The last time mom was there she was five minutes late. She still had to wait and wasn't even acknowledged. And she barely spoke to her while laughing and joking with another customer. And she spent way less time on mom's hair than she normally does. Kandy, you just lost a customer. My mom's 93 years old and no one treats her like that.
