On time, friendly, competent and caring. Exactly what you are looking for in a doctor (Dr Zweck) and her staff. Glad to have a foot doctor in the Dexter, West Ann Arbor area.
I am receiving excellent diabetic foot care. My feet are doing well and I appreciate the support.
Medically fine, but they are terrible at communicating a bill is still owed. I was told by the front desk that they were going to bill insurance, and rather than sending me a remaining bill while still in the first 30 days while I was still current on the bill; they waited until post 30 days, tacked on interest for being late and sent the bill.
Love Dr.Katie Zweck, She get to the bottom of your pain. All the staff are very friendly . Would definitely recommend her.
