I was scheduled to come in on today and the receptionist called me 4 times in a span of 2 weeks trying to at first reschedule me by saying, “are you sure you want to come in on Halloween?”. So i called them back saying if you need to reschedule me, you can and another receptionist said, “oh no you dont need to reschedule. You can still come in.” Then i get a text message the day before my appointment to confirm my appointment.
