Paid almost 1 month ago, had to bother them to come template, and have heard nothing since then. Would love to have some communication as to what the hold up on scheduling the install is, if anyone bothered to care. This has been a pretty terrible experience, since they don’t seem to know what’s going on. They have our granite in stock, just can’t seem to figure out how to communicate what’s good on. I’ll update once things are resolved, but they’re going to have a tough time pulling this back up to a 5 with how bad it’s bee... read more
