I ordered some tile for a bathroom remodel. It was a special order so it needed to be shipped from Texas. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks for arrival, at the 2 week mark I called to see if it had arrived and they said it hadn't yet. When asked if there was any way to track the shipment I was told they had no way to track it which I found odd. They told me they would call me when the tile arrived.
