I love this park. Neighbors and manager Annette are awesome. It is a very clean and well taken care community 😊

10 yrs ago this was a lovely community. Over the past 2 yrs they have managed to repair a couple of broken things but not much. They up the rent every year but no improvements are made to the concerns of residents. Any improvements made are only to the entrance of the community and what buyers/ renters first see. Never addressing the broken and beat down amenities or infrastructure. Sidewalk lamps have live wires sticking out. Management is aware and has done nothing. Only half of the jacuzzi works. Jacuzzi always bad. There amenities are solid..Over 8 years neighbors complained. We have children living here at a 55 retirement community.years we've tried to reach out. Manager doesn't care or passes the buck. Our rent gets raised every year. Plus the small trash guys work there butt off. Would not recommend. They use people and want money, not management but owner!

We saved for many years to get a retirement home and were completely lied to by this complex. When we looked at the lot one of our main concerns was the internet access. We were told that they use Jabba but were expecting to get COX soon.....okay. But a few years and several months later, and after my wife lost her work at home job due to bad internet, we have been told their will be no change to the internet in the park.
