We saved for many years to get a retirement home and were completely lied to by this complex. When we looked at the lot one of our main concerns was the internet access. We were told that they use Jabba but were expecting to get COX soon.....okay. But a few years and several months later, and after my wife lost her work at home job due to bad internet, we have been told their will be no change to the internet in the park. Also a large number of occupants are snowbirds. They come, they go and really don't care. I feel like the sales person, was backed up by the office staff on site when we purchased the home and we were lied too all the way around. Best part, my wife is now looking for a new job due to the lies we were told and loosing her job over the bad internet service......Um get a clue Contempo. If you want interesting, educated people to live in your park get up to speed.....But if your looking for a place to come and die....this is your spot.....no one says hello, waves, never seen a welcome at all.....such a downer after spending so many years hoping to get into a nice retirement community.

Be more receptive to occupants. Just raised lot rent $30 for next year. Security guard that lays on desk in guard house, total waste of money.
