If I had a dollar for everytime the elevator was out of service, I would have enough to pay a month's worth of rent. I'm going to post this as a warning for any future or current residents of this apartment complex. I think it's pretty telling about a management system when they can't even fix an elevator for the past 5 months. The elevator system has been down for maintenance for almost 5 months and the only compensation they want to give us are "break room" lunches and some sodas. The maintenance team is always going above and beyond to fix issues here at the apartment. A big thank you to Abdul M Kamara! I submitted and issue on Sunday (Yesterday) and he completed it before I even got back from work today (Monday)
Abdul has been great with all our maintenance needs. He’s always quick and helps whenever/wherever he can!
