Britni W gives great tours, she sets a high standard with her professionalism and knowledge! The property is beautiful with a lot of amenities, like valet dry cleaning, shuttles to the metro, a pet spa, 5 1/2 acres of underground parking that leads to all 3 buildings.

Abdul is always a pleasure to work with whenever he’s assigned to my maintenance requests. He’s professional, friendly, and keeps me informed about what’s going on throughout the process, which I really appreciate. He’s also very respectful of the space, he even takes his shoes off even if I don’t ask! It’s clear he takes pride in his work and in providing great service.

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive and professional. Anytime I’ve submitted a request, they’ve addressed it quickly and made sure everything was properly fixed. It’s clear they really care about keeping the property in good condition and making residents comfortable. The leasing office staff has also been wonderful to work with. So far the move in process has been easier, and less stressful with Britni and Mohammad. Both have been quick with communication and maintenance requests! Amazing service and care.
