I had a great first experience. I showed my braider a picture of my desired style and she nailed it! I will definitely be returning.
I wish I read the reviews before I came here. The ratings are low for a reason. I came here for boho knotless braids, and for the prices they charge, I expected a much better experience. The service was awful. One of the braiders was eating peanuts while doing my hair and placing the open peanut shells on top of my hair as she braided. That was extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. About 10yrs ago they were good. Now their customer service has gotten horrible, the braiding is terrible now, they rush on your head, they’re just money hungry. Please save your coin and go somewhere else. This place is NOT it. I will never return.
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my experience at your salon today. I believe in giving credit where it is due, but also in highlighting when service is unacceptable. I had an 11:00 AM appointment with Fatou for a $250 boho braided ponytail. I waited for an hour and 25 minutes, but she never showed up during that time. Worst service ever and I’ve been here a couple times, first off they ALL can’t braid. Second she couldn’t master the style I requested which was just straight back stitched. I had to stop her and have her redo another style. And that style still came out horrible. They partied the whole time not focused and not doing their best never coming here again.
