property manager Adam has nothing but contempt for renters. i've rented from many property management companies & he's hands down the most disrespectful and unpleasant dude i've ever had to deal with.
Great spot nice and quiet also really close to all the stuff that downtown has to offer.
Management will force a $35 non-refundable application fee just to view an apartment. However, $0 if no one is in the space? All information was given from Adam in management. You can be turned away and even not allowed to view the space. However, you definitely lost your application fee. This has already happened to other applicats. This also can be shown in other reviews posted. I do not recommend applying if they plan to steal money from serious applicats. It's COVID.
