Great spot nice and quiet also really close to all the stuff that downtown has to offer.
Management will force a $35 non-refundable application fee just to view an apartment. However, $0 if no one is in the space? All information was given from Adam in management. You can be turned away and even not allowed to view the space. However, you definitely lost your application fee. This has already happened to other applicats. I’ve been leasing here and love it. The location is close to everything I love downtown. And the units are well built with plenty of light. I love that it is gated for xtra security. The leasing company always responds right away if I have any questions. It’s a fun and unique living community located in the heart of the Phoenix arts district!
