Ray and his team went the extra mile to make sure our 40' cooler arrived in working order. There were pre-shipment checks. It was delivered on time, by a professional driver, who unloaded the unit in the exact spot we needed (inside a warehouse). They provided started instructions. The unit worked flawlessly after getting wired to our building electrical system. Just purchased a 40ft container and I'm super satisfied with everything about it. Ray was timely in answering all my questions and the delivery was right on time and Tommy dropped my container perfectly.
