I have to be honest. I was very disappointed in Container One. The last purchase I had with them was my second purchase. I had high expectations and they let me down for being a second time purchaser. I will not buy from them again. The reason I accepted it because I would of lost almost a $1000 dollars because they would of charge a restocking fee. The entire process was quite simple. This company, unlike others we talked with, allowed us to pay with a credit card to ensure we were protected. They also warranty the container for 5 years. They gave plenty of notice of delivery (2 days) so we could be present. On the delivery day, the one thing that was a bit concerning was I wasn’t really given a time window for delivery ( until 2 hours before). First off the guy I ordered two 40ft high cube. Was awesome very nice great communication. Was told 8 to 15 day's to have 2 40ft delivered. Also was told it will definitely be closer to 15 day's. Cool right nope little longer. Okay Thursday evening 10-23-25 at 7pm. Sunsets at 6:50pm. It's on the delivery trailer door's to the cab of truck. Can't see inside tell he drops it. Door's open good and tight seals good enough. Some rust inside and out. It's used It's dark It's steel should be fine right. No open it next morning ther... read more

The inside of he container was in really good shape. The outside was in decent shape except for the left door. It closes but, the left handle is very difficult to close and as some rust on it. Driver was excellent. For the price and those 2 problems which I can fix,I still gave it a 5 star.

Right from the start container one worked with us, it was easy to order our 40 ft container. We had the container delivered to a remote area where the driver needed to back down a hill and place it between evergreen trees. We had enough room to unload the container but the weather was not perfect, grass was wet and he did get stuck but we were able to pull him out. The driver stayed calm and knew what to do despite all the mosquitoes. The container is used but no leaks just as promised. We are very well satisfied. Thank you ... read more
